Refund/Return Policy

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.

NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY.

DUE TO THE LIMITED NATURE OF NEW ERA FITTEDS, ONCE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED, THEY CAN NOT BE CANCELLED NOR SIZE SWAPPED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Sneaker Town will provide a refund if you received a defected or damage product(s) that cannot be replaced only. Please allow up to 5 business days to see the money credited back into your bank account. Some bank institutions can take up to 30 days to process a refund.  

Sneaker Town accepts returns within 14 days from date of delivery. 

Orders received after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee that is deducted from your store credit. Store credit will not include any shipment fees paid and will only be of the same value as the product purchased. We understand that there are delays in shipment, however your label must be postmarked to fall within the 14 days in order to prevent the 20% charge. 

All returns must be unworn, undamaged with tags still attached in its original condition when mailed back to Sneaker Town. Customer is responsible for costs of shipping. 

Customers are highly advised to keep documentation (receipt) of their returns being dropped off at the postal service. Sneakertown will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse

Please do not put label or tape on the shoebox itself. Shoebox must be placed inside of a packaging box.  Sneaker Town may refuse the package if done so.

If you ship shoes back to us the incorrect way,  Sneaker Town will ship them back to you and the item will not be eligible for a store credit. 

Shoes and shoe box must remain in sellable condition upon return.
